i see huge investment opportunities in greece right now,as the crisis is getting closser to it's limit down.real estate is absolutelly dead right now. in a country which is having longer coastline than the 48 contigoous united states.no place is more than 180 km far from the sea. prices are in steady nose dive fall,for more than four years now.i have heard stories of condos valued half million euros to be sold as little as 25.000.since i have been there two years ago,i keep returning and im quite satisfied that nobody talks about this really beautiful corner of europe,with first world infastructure,lowest crime,excellent clima,full of hot unemployed broke and bored naughty women. the country needs desperatally capital,as it has Europe's highest unemployment(more than 75% among younger population).the cost of living has fall tremendously to the point that you can get know a nice studio for 200 euros per month (in central areas of athens).spring is awesome as greek girls are practically expose theyr curves by wearing very sexy clothes.besides greek women are having one of europe's highest rates in gym memberships,they take good care of themselves (clothes,cosmetrics,etc) and are world;s second on plastic surgeries (yeap lot's of world class boobs) and most importantly they fuck like rabbits,as they are officialy recognized as world's horniest: i think that crisis has dramatically change greek society,to the point that stories that considering them as having a princess attitude is a think of the past.they are not conservative either,vast majority are talking very well english,while many too speak spanish.but still they are putting a great effort on how they look,and enjoy a lot to show off theyr sexy silluetes.i think the later is well known fact to those who know greece,as among the hottest topless girls during summer,those of greek origin are by far the sexier.to the end if the crisis continue there,the option of buying property or simply live there,would be a far better option than choosing the mostly grey cities of eastern europe(prague,budapest excluded!).by writing this thread a feel too that i'm offering an update information,in relation with greece and how greek girls behave.besides let's not forget that a great portion of male population has alredy immigrate for finding green pastures.letting behind an astonishing ammount of sexy horny girls.like the one seen here. |
