Post subject:  3 months of PUA then everything fell apart

Hey guys.
I`ve joined this community 5 months ago and my problem is the following:
1 - The first two months i sucked at opening
2 - The third month i could open great,talk some,have fun.
3 - After that discovered direct game, which gave me huge confidence.I would get always rejected but still aproach women, blindly going around feeling like the shit.
4 - After that i discovered that i sucked, and gone back to indirect.I did just fucking great for two days, but at the third day my approach anxiety came back worse than ever.
One problem:I did the Ross`s self confidence tape.
Should i do it again and be indirect this time?Or should i slowly move up on myself?

Slowly work your way up, get cool with opening. Just open people finish the convo and leave, just get used to approaching.

Then start using some basic routines. Again, just get past the point of the routine, say thanks and leave. Or if it's going really well, continue the convo.

Then start learning kino and see where that goes.

Just try and start easy, don't start trying shit like direct openers because they sound cool and you;d feel like a fucking boss if they worked. That kind of thing is all about confidence in your delivery, which comes from the successes of past approaches. REGULAR approaches.

David Deangelo for all his faults- talks about charting success. (I wish I could find this) Basically there is a rise, then a peak, then a fall down, then another rise and a peak (even higher) and so on. Basically with any skill it will be three steps up, one back. It happens, it just means you're growing and identifying the areas you need to improve to maintain growth. It's a good thing .
