So I met this girl at a night club event. We have been texting for a while now and we talked about hanging out together soon.

Yesterday she invited me to a social gathering through text; "Would you like to go to the expo with a couple of friends?".

I answered; "Yeah maybe I'm going to let you know soon" (I still haven't gotten my work schedule for this sunday).

Then she answers; "Ok

".

This morning I wake up to this; "Nevermind, I don't feel like seeing you sunday, personally I don't need a liar and a jerk of your kind in my life." WHAT!?

So to this I answered; ":o what were you told?"

I'm thinking of writing a follow up text but I need to really think about it, because I don't want to fail.

okay heres the update, I am going to post the transcript of our text conversation:

Her: That you kissed 6 girls that night ...

Me: 6? Thats not true..

Her: Well 4 then

Me: Not even...

Her: Well fuck.

Me: Look, I still am willing to come tomorrow, but you are acting like we are a couple, the only important thing I can tell you is that the last girl I kissed was you.

Her: Ummmmm.. Whaaaaaatt ?? What are you talking about that I am acting like we are a couple?

Me: You're getting angry because "someone" told you I kissed other girls... just ask me instead next time

Her: Well the last time I asked you you were lying so.. xD

Her: Well I dont care! xD ahaha sorr, I'm not in the best place right now .. probs has to do with men. xD

Me: Ok. do you still want me to come tomorrow?

Her: Hum.. well yeah, you could !

Me: Okay, I still haven't checked my schedule but I'll let you know

Her: Yeah I'm on call so I don't know

Me: Okay

(Like 30 minutes later)

Her: Sorry for yesterday and everything.. it was random, I am very conscious that you absolutely don't owe me anything and thats why.. !

there are a lot of bad news in my life right now and I'm pretty tired.. I slept 2 and a half hours tonight..!

(I didn't answer. Another 30 minutes later.)

Her: Oops, I burnt my tongue while eating and it hurts xD hahaha

(I didn't answer. 45 minutes later.)

Her: Never mind, I can't go to the expo anymore.. :S

(I didn't answer. 3 hours later.)

Her: But I'm not doing anything tonight!!?

Me: I'm going to the expo tonight until 11pm

Her: Oh ok xD good niight !

Me: Thanks

(4 Hours Later)

To me she just seems super insecure about herself. Her friend told me she never lets guys kiss her in clubs and stuff. I'm ready to give her a chance but she needs to make the effort because she doesn't make me want to give any.

First of all the chick sounds a little nuts, so it's not a big loss. Your second text sounds a bit defensive to me, you were too effected by her allegation. I would have either ignored that text and cut contact, or texted back "Ok :)" (like she did) and left it at that. Who knows how she would have responded to that, but you gotta at least try to keep the upper hand.
