Hey i seem to be suffering from approach anxiety, but not where i cant go up and talk to women, just that whenever i start to go up to a set or a woman, everything i could possibly say goes out the window. I have no problem carrying a conversation with a women, when they open me that is. I was just wondering what i could do to help combat this? Cheers SBFC |

Well, you're just having the feeling of being in the spotlight, when you approach them. The reason why you don't feel any pressure or anxiety when you are approached is because in your head, they are in the spotlight. Not you. Well, the truth is that no one is. What is happening between you and her is there in your own private space. You don't have to worry about what people might think, what her friends might think.. it's all non-sense. Just focus on her. Don't over think, just talk. Women complain all the time about how men don't "talk" to them, and they are right. Don't go in approaching a woman with an agenda in your mind, just go in to have a general conversation and build from there. |
