How do you game a HB who plays games herself? What methods/strategies do you use to turn the tables around or at least not get caught up in her bullshit and still lay her?

Firstly, you stop getting dragged into playing games. You have to keep your frame intact no matter what she throws at you.

Secondly, she's looking for a specific set of replies from your side when she asks certain questions, if you know what she's looking for, don't give her that.

Just don't bite the bait and all will be good.

Just control the conversation according to your frame of mind. Don't let her words change your state of thinking, don't cater to her.. basically, you need to keep your power with you all the times.
