Post subject:  How soon to text or call after the first date?
Hey guys a bit of help would be good. Took a girl out last night, went for a few drinks. Lots of laughs, then ended up at a comedy club, all in all. It went pretty well. But not amazing. I felt a bit of resistance to the kino towards the end. But still had her laughing. I dropped her home, gave her a hug. And then left. She texted me saying "Thanks :-D, Had a great night :-)" I called her back 20 mins later but no answer, although it was late so she was prob in bed. Left a text saying i had a fun night too, then made a joke about a second date at zumba (inside joke from the comedy club). i haven't heard back, but it's still early morning. Anyway to my question. Since i felt it didn't go 100%, would i wait a couple of days, then give her a text like the classic. Hey just saw someone that looked like you, i went to say hello, but realised it was a homeless person. then try and set up a second date ? DO i just call the next day? Do i call in a few days? any help. greatly appreciated.... She's HOT

Sounds like your from new York though. That comedy club screwed me an my buddy over one night lol

You were way to needy, your making it extremely obvious that you don't go out with a lot of hot chicks often.

Give it a day and call her again. Not to set up a date, just to talk. Call her again a day after that an set up a date

Thanks for the reply fuse. Yeah i thought exactly what you said. But thought i'd go onto the chat thing on here, and some muppet said "give her a call. She likes you". I immediately regretted it. Oh well. Shit happens, we live an learn. Got another date on Sunday anyway, but not quite as hot..... Thanks mate

How soon to text or call back? The answr is whenever you want. Haha. She's a girl. Be a man. I was already planning what I was Gona do with her the next day by the time I droped her off. Lol. Your really going to sit around and wait 2days to call a girl you like? Comonn dats so weak. By the time your setting up your next date with her I would have already picked her up. My point is go for it. Why wait around like a tactical ninja. Text her the next day and set up a meeting for that same night. She says no? Ask why. If you like the excuse. Try the next day. If she's stupid. On to the next one. Don't waste your time. Be a man. Girls appriciate a guy that goes for what he wants. And fast. Life is short. Who cares what she thinks.

Instead of calling, you could have texted her with a "Had a nice time too."

Basically, her text meant that she did think of you after getting home and that's never a bad thing. Now, wait for her reply. Don't get too much into the analysis zone. I can't stress enough that if a woman not replying is sending you in a tizzy, maybe you need to deal with something else entirely(read Inner Game issues).

Thanks guys, all good feedback, and completely agree with you all. I think i got caught up with all this theory and stopped being myself. Was the first date in 3 years (long relationship), and felt a bit rusty. But have another one this weekend with a different girl. and there's shit loads more out there. Good times ahead.

I used to text after a date: "had a nice time" but stopped. It gives them the impression they've hooked you. If you wait till like a day after, its kind of like an after thought and they've had to sit in their anxiety since the date ended. Never underestimate the stress response and how much it can help you.

Lol Everytime a girl doesn't reply my text I just resend it. I kno what I want. I don't care what she thinks lol and alot of the time they reply. I don't try more than 3 times tho. By the third try. I understand she got issues. And the next day she texts me. Haha. I'm not needy. I'm confident. Why wouldn't she reply? Haha lately I been texting like 4 girls at the same time. I reply to the hottest ones. Guys.. Just have fun with it. And after the date don't text "had a nice date" dats gay. Text her an inside joke. And continue being the same confident man she went out with. She'll understand and be with you. Be yourself. Be natural. Have fun. Cheers for beautiful women. Oh and to the last post... Why would you be afraid of her knowing your hooked? Obviously your hooked dude. You took her out. You don't think she knows that? If she's hot she does. Girls know am hooked since the minute I approach dem. But can they keep me hooked? Ask yourself that question. Comon guys. Tighten up. Be a man.
