I usually like to let work-mates be work-mates, and wouldn't push it past the flirty banter. Mainly because I wouldn't want to create potential future awkwardness at work, especially with a new job. Sounds like she's into you though. I'm not sure what your office dynamic is like, but she might just want to look somewhat professional, and not want to go openly flirting at work, or pursuing anything with colleagues. |

Hmm, I get what you mean! Try just asking her out for drinks? The worst that could happen is she says no, and you might just find your answer there, in perhaps a more comfortable environment. |

Well, you've painted a very vague picture. There are almost zero conversation logs or exact words which indicated an interest mentioned. A lot of "she teases me", "she gave me the answer I was expecting" and all that. Teased you with what? What answer did she give to what question? Unless, we have the exact details no point in giving advice. Also, you can be a little more straightforward in telling her that you find her attractive. "I think you're attractive" is a great line when used properly. Direct and makes its point. That being said, you have to keep rules about work. You have to. |
