Some peacocking ideas, I was wondering if you guys think this is legit?? First, the shoes, punk skater shoes with different colored laces on both shoes. Should I just do one color, like red or blue, or maybe all pink?? Or, if I'm wearing a blue shirt, I'll wear blue laces, red shirt, red laces... etc. [link] THe gear [link] Left is a chain with a symbol (they'll wonder what it means) Middle is a shiny bracelet my ex gave to me.. I thought it looked super-gay, so I never wore it.. until I found out about peacocking... Right is a friendship bracelet. Again, super gay!! What do you guys think of my peacocking for day game?? Thanks, GC88 |

My question is have you ever seen a guy, dressed like you're proposing, dating hot chicks? I know I haven't. You'll get a lot more positive attention from girls by being stylish and put together. |

Don't take Mystery too seriously when it comes to peacocking. The idea is great, but that doesn't mean dressing like a douchebag. You can standout while looking good. For example, take the money invested in ridiculous shoes, bracelets, etc.. and get a pink Lacoste shirt. Lacoste is a really nice brand, and the pink will definitely make you stand out from the crowd. Be stylish, but don't look like an idiot. |

What's the ratio on that? 1 guy out of all other guys out there. And mystery's can pull it off because of his magician identity. Careful with peacocking, don't over do it. Dressing stylish is a much more legit. Your gonna look worst then a afc if you peacock heavily when going out and not gonna be opening sets. |

Are the shoes a good idea?? Like 10 girls complemented them today.. I can't find a pink lactose shirt in mens... unless I'm supposed to look in womens? Women like purple better, btw. |

First off all, you said you found the things you presented gay. Now, if you find them gay, how would you EVER wair them while looking confident about them? |

I find that what ever is considered "gay" by society's average male is what women love. i,e, jewelry, punk stuff, chick movies, romantic stuff, emotional language, etc. I like the shoes. Haha. |

Have you ever seen a girl wearing a silly hat or an outrageous hairstyle and all you could think to say to her is, "I like your hat" or "great hair"? Meanwhile you're really laughing your ass off at how ridiculous she looks. It can be an ice breaker but girls aren't going to take you seriously. Plus it gives every guy in the bar an open invitation to cock-block you. Think stylish and sexual when you go out. |

Okay, I'll make my laces match my shirt, then. That's legit. |

Dress how you want, if it works for you, great. I'm just trying to save you some time and ridicule. That's legit. IMO dressing more masculine and sexual will get you a hell of a lot further than dressing like Howard Wolowitz from "Big Bang Theory". Remember, Mystery was trying to game club chicks in LA. |
