Post subject:  What is the general structure of day game?
So I'm daygaming and my actual person-person interaction is getting pretty good now, but when I move to text game (or even fb game), I lose interest. I feel like it's because I get overtly ridiculous with my humor and it doesn't come across the right way. I'll literally text the most ridiculous things like:

"I'd jump in a pit of AIDS infested needles just to caress your aesthetically symmetric elbows while wearing gloves..."

or

"I'd swim across the amazon river with 45lb dumbbells tied to my scrotum just to know the number of vowels in your middle name..."

and the classic

"I've had a crush on you for years..."

So far, absolutely no success. I think it's funny as fuk but my guess is the girls aren't taking it the right way or something. Should I tone down the CF and try to be more normal? Am I coming on too strong?

EDIT: Further details- I'm pretty normal during set. I go direct, light-hearted/playful frame. I tease a lot, but otherwise, I'm actually pretty "normal", aka I don't act like a clown. Are my texts too weird/incongruent?

Had the same problem. I can say almost anything because I have a good BL and strong Eye Contact to back it up. But in text, this is much harder even with less "outrageous" comments and lines. Tune it down a lot especially in the beginning. Then you might ramp it up later when she gets used to you.

Even my long term friends sometimes get upset by my text "comments", though this never happen when we meet live.
