In a couple threads I noticed that posters disagree with people saying that gaming a specific girl isn't a good idea. Whether it's the clear case of one-itis, or the fact that the existing relationship with the woman isn't conducive to a happy ending (co-worker, married, etc), some guys think that anybody who tells them to walk away is just being negative. There are a lot of major moments I think in studying PUA where you have a eureka moment. When you first take a day to do approaches and deal with AA, that's a big deal. It's getting over a fear that a lot of people have in some way. The first successful Day 2 I think is big too. Girls will give out their phone numbers just to get rid of a guy, I think it's a boost to anybody's confidence the first time the girl shows prolonged interest. The first lay, even if you weren't a virgin, I think is a eureka moment because its probably the first time luck wasn't involved at all. You weren't just a drunken savant, nobody set you up, none of that, you just went out, strut your stuff, and succeeded. But I think the last thing you really think about when it comes to game is the power to walk away. That's not a freeze out, it's not waiting a week to call her after the date. What I am talking about is just realizing that a particular woman is not worth the time and effort and dropping her. We see threads where guys ask about coworkers, married or engaged women, friends and family of former gfs or best friends, and other situations where many guys would question the wisdom of pursuing. Any time someone says it isn't worth it, they don't stand a chance, or it will cause more drama and problems than it is worth, somebody (usually the OP) argues. They claim they are being optimistic while anyone who says just to move on are being negative, pessimistic, or just don't have enough game to pick up every woman they want. I think the final one of those "eureka" moments comes when you realize that you can walk away from any woman. Even if you don't realize it, putting yourself in a potentially bad situation to get laid is another form of one-itis. There are better opportunities where less time, energy, and drama are around. Your confidence is at its peak, in my opinion, when you are willing to walk away from a woman because you know you can find a better opportunity. We talk about it all the time in terms of making a woman want you by keeping a bit more distance, but I don't think it comes up often enough how great an achievement it really is for a guy to just say "I'm done dealing with this girl." |

I think he meant if a girl is being a bitch, mid sentence walk away. You don't need to make an excuse to walk away (need to get back to my friends or wtv) because that is kind of weak. If she's being a bitch to you just move on. She's not the only girl around. Walking away is genius. I mean, you can always go back later. |

WOW! You just pointed out something that's been said in every e-book since I've gotten into the game. Thanks for wasting every persons time who has read this, lol. Don't go around pointing out stuff that's good for YOU at this point in your journey through game and say it's good for everybody else as well, bro. |

Yeah...just making an observation, not claiming that I invented the idea. So douse the flames down a bit and relax.

Good post. If you don't have anything nice to say - don't say anything. Anybody with a bad attitude should go work on their INNER GAME. |
