Hey I know this has been covered a billion times already but just wondering what you guys do when your inner game drops slightly. |

I play my favorite pump up music, gym sesh, spend some money on clothes (sometimes. Im pretty much a cheapskate apart from when I do this) or, i talk to a lot of people, because I like talking to people. I make as many people laugh as possible haha, cos then I feel good about myself Or, I ring up "da boiz" or a close mate and we go play billiards or go casino and play some blackjack or poker. This doesnt build your confidence, but its fun to do so it takes your mind off it, and that in itself is key to returning to your normal state. Just. Dont. Dwell, thats the worst thing which a lot of us have a habbit of doing |

hang out with people, if i cant do that, find people that are ok with dancing around, i then commence dancing around like an idiot and attempt to get them to join in, (usually doing the wave and just repeating JUST GO WITH IT, but alot of the time you just get a WTF ARE YOU DOING ME SO SRSLY reaction, but the people that will are usually fun to hang out with) or start imagining what the outcome of certain events would be, then requesting an opinion on said events, for example, what do you think would happen if..... also asking people would they like to smell me, then trying to cut them off when they talk, just say NEVER MIND, but time it as soon as they try to talk, if you are reffering to raising you STATE and not innergame, here are my usual ways to try and force state drinking coffee, repeating over and over in my head, I JUST DONT GIVE A FUCK (ludacris voice) imagining a picture of a disabled chinese boy i saw one time, who was in a wheelchair with the most beautiful smile, he was wearing a leather football helmet and kept just smileing in the happiest mood making noises that seemed so happy |
