In your current situation I'd ignore her for a few days, maybe a week.

Then hit her up and tell her this:

"Hey NAME. I've got some free time on Wednesday around 1:00 and I wanted to check out this sweet outdoor cafe I found in LOCATION. Are you free to accompany me?"

Always be very specific. You want her to know you have a plan and she doesn't have to worry about anything.

And always have a "bounce" available.

For example, if you both go out and are having a good time. Suggest taking a walk in a nearby park. But don't string it out too long. Make sure she knows you've got some sort of mysterious obligation you have to attend to later on.

The only reason you should flake on said obligation is if you're 100% sure of an Fclose.

Thanks for the info. I know there are many fish in the sea. But I really like this girl from what I've seen and the times we have spoken. We have very similar interests. I have unique interests, so its not everyday I meet a girl like this. Its the first girl I've met that I really like.

i think of it this way, if a girl is flaking, and she wont qualify herself to you, she is not attracted, and she needs a freeze out for flaking (at the very fukn least 3 days, optimum 2 week+)

now, as for asking a girl to do some,
use I WOULD LIKE,
I WANT,
I WOULD LOVE,
YOU'RE INVITED,

IM GOING TO DO XYZ, (insert above) (IF NOT YOU'RE INVITED, INSERT YOU TO COME)

if high interest and your positive the likely hood of her flaking is low, just be vague and say, IM PLANNING SOMETHING OUT, this day and this day(make sure you pick two days so she will look fucking weird if she has 2 excuses), then insert above comments here, when you pick her up, just say, YOU HUNGRY? what ever she says, say AWESOME LETS GO TO MY HOUSE! if she says yes, take her there and escalate/make her food after sex

if she says no, pick a place to take her on a date,
just say OK, LETS GO DO XYZ, then at end of day if it goes well just seed in that you she was afraid of your house LOL (make sure to laugh like it amuses you)
often this creates a challenge, she will most likely step up,
with something like WTF IM NOT AFRAID TO GO TO YOUR HOUSE!
continue with challenge until she more or less invites herself over another day,
just don't be too sexual or allude to sex happening or she is likely to flake,
(also don't do this if your first meet up goes shitty, you should escalate to a make out for the 1st date at least or she will probably think you don't like her, unless you flirt hard and don't physically escalate, then she will just think your a homo)

next if she is low interest and likely to flake, invite her out, via the GOOD TIME, make sure it involves other people and isn't 1 on 1, something like HEY MY FRIENDS AND I ARE GOING TO DO XYZ (insert above comments for invite), make sure it is something likely to attract her into comming and is also cool enough that if she flakes you still look good

When you say pick 2 days, do you mean saying something like this. "Im doing xyz on saturday and sunday. I would love for you to come"........
