We all suffer from approach annxeity more or less. Remembering these help you ALOT. I can't remember where I learned these from, what matters is that they are very helpful.

Before approach:

just don't actually think about picking her up, don't have a goal in mind,

just talk to her for the purpose at first of talking to her,

that should lower the anxiety once you actually don't have an outcome in mind

lol, not exactly bro. You can re-wire these in your brain so you don't have to think or worry about these each time you see a hotty. 3 second rule doesn't really have much to do with these, its critical though.

Does holding constant, non-creepy, yet intense eye contact really have this effect on a HB10? I have been told I have great eyes and I have been learning to use them to my advantage. . . want to know more about this. I know it's just a mind set; wondering if anyone has any other comments on eye contact.

Sure I uploaded this to one of my websites for you, go to www.webmoosh.com/stuff its a great book called how to talk to anyone (right click save as).
Read it all but make sure you Sticky Eyes first.
