Post subject:  Text Game, what do?
Ok, first of all, sorry that it's a bit messed up! Copy pasted from fb, and had to translate! So the thing is that I've met her once before at a party and I've now invited her to one... my-first-report-please-read-and-help-me ... highlight= It's the HB8 here... What I've learned is that I don't know how to analyze my own text games.. Help appreciated!


Me: Join us on Saturday! (Was talking about a party)

HB: I can't! I'm not home.

Me: Ofcourse not, you're at the party! ;)

HB: hahahaha :P Naah, I'm probably in *insert place here*

Me: Let me know by wednesday then!;) :P (internal joke)

HB: I won't know by wednesday, but i don't think I'll join... Got lot's of other stuff going on, so what's up?

Me: You oughta learn to prioritize, but I'm off! ttyl

Me: ...
HB: What is it?
Me: You've made me write new-norwegian (norwegian dialect) unintensionally!
HB: Oh dear.. Not goooood! (written in that dialect)..
HB: Yeah, I'm really mean to you!
Me: BITCH! ;) (internal joke from a party)
HB: hahahha :D:D i know you love me :D:D
Me: You really think so.
HB: Only if you think so
Me: That was the wrong tone... Haha, doesn't work to write with a tone! >.<

Messaging and texting is fine until a certain point. You just hit yours.

The whole, ''Not getting my tone through messages" is a very valid argument against texting.

Call her tomorrow. If she still evades that or make excuses she just might not be interested in you. 'Cause I saw the logs and she didn't seem to want to commit to any of your plans.

A little more zest within the interaction.

Create more of a challenge
HB: You should call me, and tell me with the right tone!
ME: And what tone would that be! :wink: lol kidding, I charge good money for that and the clean up fee (for the puddle you`ll make) is expensive.
Maybe I`ll call, if you`re good...

Get where I`m going with this. Put a little spark behind the texts and challenge her within them.

About this, I've barley talked to her since I met her 2 weeks ago. I AFC'd at the end of that night so I've frozen her out for a bit. Don't have her # yet, so should've used last night for a # close, but was tired as shit and didn't think straight >.<

Anyway, I'm planning on setting up a day 2 with her, was trying to do this by inviting her on Saturday, but she most likley won't be there...

Well, I guess I'll give her a shot, but not gonna try hard to get her. I'm setting up a time to meet her, if she flakes, too bad for her :)

Anyway, thanks for the help guys! Appreciate it!

IMO, it's better to call a girl than to text. I only text when I'm about to meet up with a girl. It's hard to elicit feelings and tonality through text, just my thoughts on that.

(2nd text convo was low on interest and she tried to dominate you, you are also telegraphing interest to her, without her returning it, there are no actually ioi's in this log)



in my opinion this girl requires a freeze out, next time you go for an invite since she is low interest, put her in a good mood 1st, you should be able to tell by how quickly she texts, double texts,long texts, etc., invite her out to do something fun with other people so she is more likely to inest and if she flakes you don't look bad, also try calling her next time after the freeze out so you can tell when she is actually laughing, i doubt she was laughing at all during this text exchange, if you get answering machine just say, HEY ITS THE DICE, IVE BEEN GOING IN AND OUT FOR A WHILE, ILL CALL YOU LATER,

also i read your party post, if you have a girl into you and you want nothing to do with her, next time pawn her (show disinterest in her while she is showing interest in you, do it in front of other girls that you want) this will give you quick attraction spikes, most effective is completely blowing her out, but if you want to see/bang her again this is not in your best interest

Thanks mate! And no, I don't want more to do with the one from the party, she doesn't seem to get it, even though I showed clear disinterest for a couple of hours straigh! What sucks is that I will meet her again, and I just hope she got it figured out :)

As for the text analyzis, I agree. So I'm gonna freeze her out for a little while and see what happens! As I've mentioned earlier, she only has one more chance before I flunk her completley!

sorry mate, but showing clear desinterest for a couple of hours just aint good enough. If that seems long in your head, you are in too deep on an emotionally level. Taking distance is not about a couple of hours. It is just leaving her alone. if she makes contact, its about treating her like you would treat anybody else. Polite, but distant, like there are more important things to do.

And just in general: dont text game. There is no text game. Ask her if she goes to the party by text. If she goes, game her at the party. if she doesnt, leave her alone. All extra text after that is text too much.

Was talking about a girl at a party a couple of weeks back, not the one I was texting! and when she constantly follows you around for 2 hours straight, that IS a long time :P

After that she gave up tho, and as I mentioned I hope she has still given up when I meet her next.

just make sure the disinterest you show in your pawn is verbalized and made active, other girls need to see this and perceive it as she is pursuing you, and you are rejecting her
