Post subject:  Drunken PUA
Right we all know that alcohol is a fantastic social lubricant, as my username suggests I am Irish so tee-totaling is not an option. Hell, I just like drinking. But I've found that on my last few nights out my PUA skills started to falter around the 7/8 Pint mark.

Anyway What I'm asking is if you guys drink while your picking up girls, and your experiances with that, or advice (Please don't tell me to stop drinking though, I don't want to hear it!)

I don't see it as a big deal to have a couple of drinks while your out so long as your responsible. In fact often being that guy... the one who goes out by himself to scam on girls at a bar and not drinking... can come across creepy.

That all being said you should take it easy on the drinking if your looking to meet girls, a couple may loosen you up a bit and enhance the fun times... but a couple more can often leave you looking like an idiot. You don't want to dull your senses and your whit.

IMO up to "just starting to feel it" is fine... more then that probably not so good.

And what he said. Alcohol can be very dangerous. I remember one time in particular that started with me halfway in the door with this tall, leggy HB already, and ended with me nearly passed out drunkdialing my sister's friends.

Long story short, maintain control of yourself and the situation.

Drinking is weak in my opinion, fake confidence... True puas/natural do not need alcohol, but anyways my opinion... It clouds your judgment..

I agree with skills on this one, I think that alcohol can help you, but it's faked, next time you'll meet a girl in a broad daylight you won't be the same guy again and she'll saw that.

MY rule as far as alcohol goes like this:
I don't drink alcohol, when I go out to sarge, cause the true power comes from your ability to control your emotions and not anyone else or any other substance to control your emotions (and plus I don't do much alcohol cause of my training :D), but when I go out with my friends to dance, listen to the music, just haning out I drink alcohol I mean not like "Oh here's 24 pack (in my country we call them gajba :)) let's fucking get super wasted", but little by little :D

For the record I only get like super wasted (when I usually woke up in a place, I wouldn't like to woke up) only few times a year, usually during festivals :D

i like to focus on fun with a structure, and the structure is, ESCALATE AND CLOSE, that is all, how much im drinking is irrelivant, but if you only game when you have been drinking then it is an obvious crutch/sticking point for you and you need to get it sorted out, i suggest sober day game and then drunken night game

i read the book "the game" style, and "get laid or die trying" jlaix, style true pua, jlaix a crazy drunk, I got more respect for style, for me style way superior player smooth intelligent game, vs drunken sloopy game.

If you're out in enviroments where there are alot of drunk people, I have experienced that drinking only a little is a good thing. As pointed out earlier, to be the "sober creep hitting on girls" can be unattractive. But given how many guys drinking themselves shitfaced, you will come off as "In control" of yourself, since you don't drink too much.

As most people know, drinking yourself blind will lead to either waking up alone, or waking up some place you don't want to be.

There's nothing wrong with drinking, as long as you don't have to drink. If you depend on the 'liquid confidence' alcohol provides every time you go out, you have a problem.

I quit drinking 5 weeks ago my nights out an my general confidence have improved my nights out have improved seriously 1000000000000 times over
when i use to drink i never ever remembered anything an was gettin a bit of a bad reputation in my local area.
i still got laid though an infact i was pretty good at gettin laid or so people tell me
but standards went out the window 1 week it could be a 10 the next could be a hb 2 seriously hahahaha.

It took me my first 2 weeks of not drinking to realise dancefloor game/ club is just about being aggresive yep you heard me aggresive on the dancefloor seems to work best for me.

When I go sarging, I take some drinks before, but girls always think I havent been drinking at all(they have said it many times).

Well unfortunately Yes, i do drink when i pick up chicks but don't get too drunk, makes your body language different and when you say or project also! few drinks would be good after you guys get along well then maybe you can drink up as much as you like but the disadvantage is you can't really express what you want to say or do..
another thing is i think relying on alcohol to gain confidence and to talk to chicks is WEAK..

Everyone differs with alchol so this cant be generalised for everyone

But I believe alchol should be drank next to redbull i.e. jagorbombs or vodka redbulls as it keeps you energised and "bouncy" if you will.

Alchol can be great on nights out , why shouldnt you drink on a night out its the whole point of going out with your friends to get pissed to have a laugh and to get girls , Its the socail norm and its a way of letting loose .

Yeah sure it gives you a fake confidence however it gets you into a hell of a lot more socail situations that you probably wouldnt of encounterd when you were sober. You could even look at it as helping to build up your natural confidence by exposing you to socail situations which you now know how to handle ( just dont become dependent on it).

Just remeber theres a time and place for it and also a limit. No body likes the really drunk guys and also the fact it may inhibit your sexual performance
