Let me start by giving you some details about my story that happened yesterday. I work at condominium building in the LA are as a valet attendant. It's a really great place to meet girls everyday.

So, there is this girl in her early 30's, sexy and flirtatious. I'm 23 years old and look even younger than that. I always see her with guys in the late 20's and pretty good looking guys.

Yesterday two Asian girls in the pool of the building told me to come join them at the pool. I had to tell them no because there was another resident in the area who was watching the whole thing.

I told them I might come after I clock out at 8:00pm. On my way to the boot, and there is "Michelle" get out of her car. I went to her, said hi and gave her some Cannabis candy that I had just bought.

I asked her if she got any swimming trunks. Her smile in her face made her looked surprised. She responded with a " For a guy or a girl?" I was like : " Am I a guy or a girl?". She laughed.

After that, I asked her if she thought i was ugly enough for me not to get liked by two girls at the same time. Nooo... she said, you're mexican (I'm salvadorean), you have this thing. She started to walk away to her car when she said : "you're...fuckable" with her voice a little bit lower.

Did you just said I'm fuckable? I said, she just smiled and there was eye lock down with her. I'm not saying you are gonna do it but would you do it i asked.
Yes she said but I don't mess with anyone from where I live because I have to see them everyday. So, not because I think someone's cute, I'm gonna get involved with them.

So my question to you guys is....WTF, do I have any chances with her or not? How should I aproach her next time I see her? Act normal like any other day or level it up a bit? I'm usually telling her how sexy she looks and blah blah blah.

I definitely think you have a chance with her. Try some good kino escalation, triangular gaze, build the sexual tension, and then play a little hard to get. You are the prize, not her. Anything she says to you reframe as if she is trying to seduce you.
Push-pull a lot. If she already says you're fuckable and you can do some good push-pull seduction she'll be all over you.

Can't put a definite time frame on it considering I don't know you or her or how often you see each other. Honestly, if you pull it off well enough and have a couple hours alone with her you could probably get it then. If however you only see each other for a little whenever you meet, then you might have to drag it out over several meetings.
The main thing I'll stress again is that you are the prize. You said you always tell her how sexy she is, that can be good up to a certain extent, but don't over do it and don't show super direct interest in fucking her. Compliment her, then tease her about something, make sure she is qualifying herself to you and chasing you, not the other way around.

I think I've been pushing and pulling a lot. I don't tell her how sexy she looks all the time. Usually I'm telling her how sexy her friend or sister is, etc.

I'll try to escalate I think I have a chance there. Last time she brought me a nug of bud, put it in the middle of her tits and told me to smell, then put it on her lower back and told me to smell it again.

So tonight her friend dropped her off, I was there and she called me to help her with a box of bottled water.

She said that she was going to put it in a shopping car unless( 2 seconds pause) you want to carry it upstairs. Of course I replied.

We went up to her condo, she was going to walk her dog, she got its leash and was ready to go out when I asked her if she had a pipe, she said yes and we smoke a bowl, have some small talk while we were smoking.

We were getting out from her apartment when the security guy was passing right by her door, the guy is cool with me because we smoke together.
She got very nervous and told him she was gonna hook him up with some bud.
