try to use elements from both, try things you like, try the things you don't like, work on the things you are not comfortable with, both methods work, with MM you are trying to create a social value disparity and create a prize frame, making it socially acceptable for the girl to be with you then establishing comfort once she deems you are more socially valueble then her, finally pumping BT and closeing, the model suggests phases and you can usually see where your at using qualification, and testing for kino compliance/isolation, only problem is girls often try to move backwards in an interation and the model is not concrete, just cause you have deemed you have a attraction does not mean a girl will want straight raport for the rest of the time she speaks with you, she might try to break report herself and move backwards, either way MM is very good to start with
now 60YOC is more be social gain social momentum to get into state, start with small escalations, qualify and screen right away, pump BT and try to pull as soon as there is a mutual its on moment using persistance and physical/situational escalation as the key to gaining the attraction, this method also works
