Where are you guys taking these girls? Seriously, paying is bad if you don't have enough comfort or are not making her work for you. If you are making her work for you, paying is totally legit. You should never be in a provider mentality, where you are worried that if you don't provide a good enough date, that she won't be into you. Women should be interested in you, not where they can go because of you. Also some women will not sleep with you if you buy everything, for a couple of reasons. First of all, you will seem like boyfriend material, and she will make you wait because she's scared that if she sleeps with you too soon, you won't want to date her seriously. Second of all, it makes it seem like you are trying too hard. Like you really really want to impress her, which causes two problems: she thinks you are really just trying to get in her pants by spending money, or she thinks you are really desperate and whipped and will do or spend anything to be with her. Either way, you will get the short end of the stick if you pay for everything. That being said, paying is not a hard and fast rule. You should always use your own judgement. The best rule to follow is: Would you be paying for this if you weren't trying to sleep with her? If she was just somebody you just met and you were talking, but you weren't trying to pursue anything with her. What would you pay for? What would you split? What would be fair? |
