Post subject:  HB9 Help! Not sure how to approach this!
Hey guys, I'm in need for some serious advice!


So, I've been dating a girl (lets just call her E) for about 2 months. Things were going bad, and while that was happening, one of the literally top 3 hottest girls (like undeniably) in school starting hitting me up and flirting with me a lot. Absolute bombshell (Lets call her B), we started talking through a mutual guy friend. He told her about my relationship that was horrible, and she kept telling me that I'm way too good for her and all that stuff. Telling me she would treat me so much better.

I broke up with my girlfriend during a fight but things aren't completely ended. The next morning B picks me up from my gfs party, while I was still drunk, and we ended up making out. The next day we hang out at the mutual friends party and we were kissing the whole night. But the NEXT day, wednesday, she kind of avoided hanging out with me at first, but we met up with them outside a store and she was being really distant and refused to kiss me. I pulled her outside ("Yo girl, youre coming with me to get a drink ;) ) I went for another kiss and she moved again. I said "Whats up with that?". She told me its because she thinks me and E are still talking. (Sort of were that night). She called me out on it not being on FB. I admitted earlier that day that things weren't ended completely to 'ween' my girlfriend off our relatoinship after making a subtle implication that she might do something stupid...

So thursday night, shes acting really weird, pretty much giving one word answers. I told her earlier that things were completely ended with my gf (they were at this point) and she still seems not to care. Shes been flirting with a lot of my friends lately. But she also apparently talks about me a LOT. She does that with her old LTR exboyfriend too and she seems stilll nuts about him. So hopefully shes still attracted to me. But this alll started a couple weeks ago so feelings could fade fast. I'm known as a pretty good player at school, as well as being a goodlooking guy, but hooking up with B is way better than I've ever done.

At first I thought she just likes the chase of guys in relationships. She could have ANY guy she wanted so I gotta act quick. What should I do? Freeze out (worked once before with her when she got mad that me and my gf were talking on my wall, she said shes done talking to me and came back after i just said "alright". That was about a week ago )

Help is greatly appreciated, sorry for the novel, just wanted to give all the important stuff!

Hi man!

First, your ex girlfriend. Doing somehting stupid? Let her do. She aint going to do something stupid. This is a manipulative trick to make sure you still hang around. besides, if she is going to do something stupid, really... (doing).

Secondly:

The HB9 who can get every man and that you kissed a couple of times: be careful with her. From what i can read, she is manipulative as well. What is it exactly you want with her? a LTR? Then i suggest you go talk with her and tell her what it is you want. That you feel good with her and you want to be with her. Then kiss her again.

if she refuses, dont just freeze her out, leave her be. If she comes back, tell her she better be back for a long time. The only way to smooth things out is to be direct. That way she cant manipulate you. If she is not sure yet, consider it a 'no'. Move on. I have been in this kind of relationship. It tore me apart, i was a toy in her hands. Be direct and be relentless in your directness.

If you don't cut it off clean with your gf immediately, you'll be roped back in. And will probably never get out without a lot more pain than just doing it now. I'm not IN the situation, but 99.99999% of the time, LD's right, and it IS just a manipulative trick.

With this HB9, don't give into manipulations. She liked you best when you had a grilfriend she thought was better than. Why? She thinks you have high social value, and knows she does, and wants to make sure whatever guy she's with won't hurt her standing in the school. You need to search out higher value from many sources. Be the best guy at school. Don't need to join a football team, :wink: but find out about every party and rock them! Make out with other girls. Show her that YOU don't think she's the hottest around. That will make her realize that you're better than her manipulative games, and she'll try to prove you wrong: that she IS the best. Don't give in.
