I understand the ideas in the mystery method and I usually pick things up pretty quickly but I have yet to try it out in the field. If I were to go out tomorrow, how much better off would I be than someone who knows absolutely nothing about pick up? |

Yeah I know i'm not going to be any different unless I practice my skills. But at least I know what to do now. |

MM is no more than a book with techniques. Some of them will work for you and some of them don't. To practise those theories into the game field is another hurdle. The most important thing is CALIBRATION: you have to feel the situation, to see if your game is working, |

If you have never tried to pick up or sarge girls you will be as good as someone who read a book about tennis picking up a tennis racket and playing tennis for the first time. You may have an understanding of the terms, concepts, strategies and techniques but putting them into actual practice and be skilled at it takes time and practice. You may have a better idea of what you 'should' be doing but from an outside observers viewpoint you will look about the same with a tennis racket in your hand as a true newb who hadn't read the book. |

Ok well that's good to know. I'm not sure if this is normal but when I would go to bars and clubs with my friends I would unconsciously do exactly the OPPOSITE of what MM tells you to do. And the results were not good. Although I did manage to meet a girl then fuck her 20 mins later once lol. |
