| Post subject: | Night game energy levels fluctuation |
Last night I have noticed how much effect energy level has on the ability to vibe, pick up, and game in general. It was like, when I left the house I was PUMPED. When I met up with my friends I was still pumped. And not just fisically but mentally too, which is the more important. When I entered the first venue everithing was still ok, body languge excellent, girls taking notice. Then maybe an hour later it started to drop, I was getting tired, body language started changing (shoulders dropping), frame started going to shit etc. Needless to say the night ended up to be pretty lousy, not just that I didn't pick up any new girls, but i slightly messed up the current prospects i met earlier. I was getting blown out or cockblocked by other guys left and right. One even zeroed in on the girl I was talking to and k closed her while I was still standing there. It was terrible lemme tell you. So I was wondering how do you deal with this problem? How do you maintain your energy levels high during the night? Energy drinks? I usually study a lot during the day which leeds to low mental energy levels during the night. Also another thing I noticed: when you close a HB energy level usually spikes of the chart (higher HB rating->higher resulting energy spike). Its like I get an adrenaline shot straigth in the heart. After a good night I sometimes come home and can't sleep, but last night I barely dragged my ass through the door. |

i dont think energy level is your only trouble area, i mean, if a guy out games a chick from you, right under your nose, you have to bring your game into question. i think your energy levels may be more of a psychological thing. you're probably excited at the beginning of the evening but because you game isnt going so well you lose self-esteem and some how this may affect your energy. let's say it is something physical, try getting a nap before you go out. hang out with some cool people you enjoy spending time with because you tend to feed off each others energy through out the night. make sure you're having fun, because that's really why you're going out. maybe you should try experimenting with drinks that have energy boosters in them. vodka red bull, that kinda thing. in South Africa we have po10c, monster energy, red bull, and some other branded energy drinks that go with alcohol |
