I meant a girl at the gym today. It was during a cycle class. After the class was over I summoned the courage to go up to the girl and strike up a conversation. She has this sexy sleeve tattoo. So after saying hi I said BTW I think your sleeve is awesome and we talked about that a little then we talked about the classes offered at the gym and which ones we like. I left by shaking her hand and saying I hope to see her around the gym again and she said she’s there every day. So I am hopeless when it comes to talking to girls in general and I can’t believe I got this far. I need some big help on getting to the next stage. Please I’m a 26 year old virgin and I never had a girlfriend. I really think this girl is hot at least a HB9 or 10. Any help would be so appreciated. I'm so fucking lonely and it’s starting to make me depressed. I started it so now I just need some pointers of how to take the relationship form casual gym buddy’s to friends outside the gym and hopefully to a girlfriend and more. I’m kind of anti-social, something I’m really trying to work on, and so if you could give me step by step instructions with some actual words and lines to say that would be awesome. After I know someone for a while I do much better after that, but I can’t seem to ever get to that point without scaring them off by being to needy or clingy. I am basically retarded at the beginning stages of any friendship or relationship. Please help me; God will make you a saint if you do.

If you've been reading much around these boards and PUA in general you already know what to do.

I'm a big fan of Adam Lyons "formula". (c-r+q+se=a) This was one of the very first things I learnt when I started looking into PUA and just that formula alone improved by game significantly. I don't follow it to the letter like I used to but pretty much every girl I game I am using it as a platform.

I can advise to read Double Your Dating e-book by David DeAngelo, it is fairly short and sums up the dynamics of male-female relationships. If you have no idea where to start, this is a good place. Here's a link to a learning journal of one of the members, there is a lot of practical advice in there and well written too even though English isn't his mother tongue. Otherwise, you may want to check out the inner game section if you have problems with your confidence. But if you approached that girl at the gym, you have the guts to do anything so don't give up! I hope I get some points for heaven ;)

If i read your post, I would think that you are already putting lots of pressure on yourself. And you are thinking too far ahead [HB9 as your gf?]!

You have just opened her, that's good! This is step 1. Still lots of work need to be done. Don't forget you are not the only one who has noticed her!

Get yourself together and ask her for a drink. Be self-confident, don't be needy/pushy! Don't compliment her for her looks [every AFC has done this already], but compliment her for her personality.

Be fun, confident and challenging!
