I feel you bro!

AA is something that is unavoidable. But with practise and field experience, we can manage AA.

Hopefully my following advice can help you:
1. start small: you don't need to approach HB10 only. For example, if you go to supermarket, ask a girl where the milk is. Even for such small thing, you will
experience some anxiety. But after a while you will feel comfortable. You can go a step further

2. Change your mindset: you DON"T NEED to talk the whole conversation. Let the girl talk too. A conversation is an opening, you don't need to talk her to your bed immediately.

3. Canned material: a lot of anxiety comes from that you don't know what to say or how to react. Make some small preparations. Don't prepare too much, that gives pressure.

AA will never go away, it can be manageable. But it all starts with doing it in the field :)

Go into burger king and order a big Mac, and see how long you can keep insisting for. You can pretend to be really stupid, or one of those assholes who really knows what he wants and doesn't really listen to what other people are saying.

Go up to women and intentionally say the worst chat up lines you can find or make up yourself. Have FUN with it, and act really hurt or embarrassed, like you actually expected them to work.

These are fun because you create social awkwardness and revel in the humour. You realise "rejection" is meaningless and silly. Then you go out, and imagine what happens when you give a girl a REAL honest and authentic compliment instead?

This is from Tony Robbins:
Carly Simon the singer was having issues getting onstage. Panic Attacks. She said, "Just before I go onstage, my heart starts racing, i start sweating, my breathing becomes shallow and fast, and thats when I know i'm having a panick attack and I can't go out there.

Bruce Springsteen says, "Just before I go onstage, my heart starts racing, i start sweating, my breathing becomes shallow and fast, and thats when I know i'm ready, man! It's time to go!"

Relating this to AA is just a simple matter. Everybody feels the same emotions but we can choose to interpret them into empowering or disempowering ideas. Instead of anxiety, maybe what we feel instead is a lot of excitement mixed with a little bit of apprehension, or enthusiasm and anticipation mixed with nervousness or concern. These emotions are very similar, but the ones we don't want are being put into a form that is perceived as being not as strong as "anxiety". In this way we can weaken our negative emotions.

The most powerful exercise

say "hi" everybody you see outside.. or ask "where is the supermarket..", "what time is it", "do you know any pharmacy nearby?"

1st week: 3 hi per day

2nd week: 6 hi per day

3rd week: 10 hi per day

and 100% waranteed you won't be afraid to approach girls, anybody.

It seems ridiculous but... do you really want to get it over?

Tip: try to talk with completely unknown people... that's the trick ;)

It helped me to get over my anxiety.
