Post subject:  Dancing Tips
Hey guys. I'm going to prom with my girlfriend tonight, and she does of course want to dance. Now, I'm quite a confident person, but when it comes to dancing, that drops away completely. I've probably danced once in my entire life, and that was pretty damn awkward. I cannot dance to save my life, the only dancing I'm partially good at is slow dancing.

But with fast music, I'm rubbish, in fact, I probably resemble something akin to Chandler Bing from the TV show Friends, when I'm dancing :?

Does anyone have any tips for me? I'd hugely appreciate them

I am not sure the acceptable level of touching in England.... when I was in Ireland grinding is frowned upon. If is ok in England, just put her hands on her hips and follow her.

Another options is to watch videos on youtube to learn how to dance.

Just dance confidently with a smile on your face. Have a good time. That's infectious. Even if you look silly everyone else will see that you're enjoying yourself.

And ask your girl to teach you a step or tow :wink:
