Hey, I was wondering this for a long time, and although, I have read from Richard La Ruina's book about making your own affirmations and listening to high energy music whilst clicking your fingers together. It works a little bit, but I usually struggle, even when I do all this stuff. I mean, sometimes I can't find it in me to go up to a beautiful woman and talk to her. I don't know why!? Got any ideas? Apart from the ones I listed above. Thanks Vay |

I'm thinking about almost the same thing... I only feel really awesome right after a success but this feeling won't stay for too long... I've been thinking about how to solve this since I heard one speech of the 21 Convention; Basically it said that you will find evidence for anything you want to believe in even though every logic or everything else proofs that it's wrong. So what this means is that if you don't feel awesome because you think that women don't find you attractive or anything even though you already had some success. This is a limiting believe that doesn't allow you to feel awesome (Just an example) I'm really working on eliminating my limiting believes which have mostly to do with my weight-loss (about 55 lb, 25 kg) My state of mind just didn't keep up with my body. Think about what prevents you from feeling great and try to eliminate it! Other way that worked for me is to go out with other people you might have more fun in a club or wherever. This will automatically rise your mood, think about all your successes. In my case things work great when I feel great and I don't have to worry about gaming or anything and I play everything perfect. |
