Oh my goodness you are basically asking for someone to list out the yellow pages. LOL. There are so many books, videos, and websites by so many different guru's out there. Hell guys like Mystery, Neil Strauss, Hypnotica, David DeAngelo, and others have a laundry list of things they've published. Yeah, most of the ones listed have info on that but the bottom line is approach, approach, approach without an ultimate goal of a number or anything like that. Just keep approaching to get use to the approach then build from there.
