Okay so I have this girl, and i've found myself at a little road block in my own confidence. There is lots of kissing and groping going on, but i need to know how I should go about taking it further to the next step. I just have no idea about what I need to do and in what way. I believe she seems fine with it but just wants me to engage it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Next time when making out and the time is right, get the groping "too far" to communicate "Yes, sex is gonna happen." With this I mean grab and squeeze her breasts, slide a hand between her legs, or take off your shirt. Not much after that, if she was okay with the last step, you either slide a hand in her panties, or pull out your cock, whichever. Then put her hand on it, and the rest goes on, getting naked, foreplay, condom, etc.
If she only resists verbally, but her body goes on, ignore the first no. For example, if she says "We shouldn't be doing this..." you reply "Yeah, we shouldn't..." but still go on. If after that she says "Seriously, stop..." then you stop.
If she puts up LMR, do methods that bypass it. (look it up)

There are many methods, these are pretty much just the basics I gathered from the books.
