Depends on the shirt, but I like to leave them out to keep it a bit more casual |

T-shirts should generally be untucked. Casual collared shirts (sports shirts, polos) can go either way as long as you're not wearing dress pants. Dress shirts should always be tucked in. |

haha; Barney Stinson;'Girls are attracted by shiny things!' Definitiv IN in this case....otherwise it would look a bit like a pajama I think. But of course it depends on if it's a slim-fit or a dress-shirt. Slim fits are shorter specially at the sides. Dress-shirts are normally so long that it would ridiculous to not tuck them in. |

You can see how it's cut in the picture. It's designed to be worn untucked.Barney Stinson;'Girls are attracted by shiny things!' Definitiv IN in this case....otherwise it would look a bit like a pajama I think. But of course it depends on if it's a slim-fit or a dress-shirt. Slim fits are shorter specially at the sides. Dress-shirts are normally so long that it would ridiculous to not tuck them in. If it's too long or not slim enough, you should get it tailored. If you spent $89 on the shirt, spending $20 to get it tailored shouldn't be a big deal. There's a good chance that shirt was augmented in some way before that picture was taken. It could even be safety-pinned in the back (a trick you'll see all the time on department store dummies). A well-tailored shirt will look a cut above. |
