I often find myself in a position with a girl where I am attempting to show value by saying things like: "I would never", or "I am not that kind of guy". The topics are usually things like cheating, being a player, being a man whore etc etc. Sometimes though I feel i cross a line because I find myself saying these sentences a few times a conversation (when it is a long one). So I was just wanted to hear from you guys: is this form of value showing a turn off to girls? |

Not all PUA are out there for the pussy, some people are actually looking for "the one" just going through as many girls as possible to find that "one"Often you got to get the idea that being a "gentleman" out of your head. In my opinion, being a "gentleman" is the same as being a slave. Often people who question the moral and ethics of PUA drop out of it and rather "be themself"which of course works for some people. On topic: No girl is the same, however, it really depends on the attraction you've built. If you built up enough attraction to the point she will drop what she is doing, and just go straight to do whatever you say, then she'll listen to you bullshit about your greatness, not care about you being cockiness, and just think "wow" he's awesome. |

Saying it once ok, saying it twice is pushing it. Anymore than that and it sounds like you're bullshitting and trying to cover something up I'm no PUA, but is saying "what you arent" DHV? I would have thought it was a better idea to say/show what you are. |

you don't show value by telling it to people. you show value by doing it and living it. Your grandmother used to tell you that by telling you the old saying, "actions speak louder than words." Telling people you are of value is DLV. Doing it is DHV. Bottom line - Do more, say less. |
