Post subject:  Kiss my colleague's girl...should I feel bad?

Ok so long story short, I had a thing with this girl about 3 months ago. We work together but nothing else happened. We still are friends. Now she is with this guy that work in my departement. In fact, he is a superior but don't have the power to fire me. She's a superior too, but not mine.

Now everytime I go out and see her, we flirt A LOT! She is really cocky so she's shy to grab my ass/croch. We kissed a few time and we danced a lot. The weird part is we really act like nothing happened at work. Like I said she's really cocky and she touch almost everyone at my job (hugs, hand on the shoulder ect) but not with me since those thing happened.

I don't feel bad at all for doing this...why? Because the guy she's seeing is a really shy guy who act like a prick with everyone. In others word, he acts like he's better than others.

Should I stop doing this or just don't care? At this moment I don't care because I know the guy can't fire me, I am friend with my boss ( we go out outside the job) and it's only my part time job (I have another full-time job).

Just to let you know, it's not a oneitis...I game others girls too even if she's there and she knows it.

I don't think you should feel bad about it at all. Given the same opportunity, he'd almost certainly do the same to you. He's not your friend, so you're not in any violation of the "bro code". You snooze you lose and every guy knows that. If it's not you, it'll be someone else.

On the other hand, I strongly recommend against dipping your pin in the company ink. You mentioned that he can't fire you, but what if some day he can and he doesn't like you? What if you piss her off or she goes psycho and starts claiming sexual harassment? What if the higher-ups frown on such things? There's a lot that can go wrong in that sitation. Yes, they are making the same mistake, but let them. That's not your problem and it doesn't affect your job. But you should do what's best for you and realize that's there's other fish in the sea that you don't work with.

Thank you for the advice. I should have read it before last night though.

She acted really weird, she actually pushed me when we danced after 1-2 minutes...It was really weird. We danced after that together but she wasn't into it.

I guess she don't want to fool arround anymore..Her lost. :P
