sorry ive posted this twice but just really need to know.basically i walk kind of a bit stiff, i wanted to know if maybe there some kind of way to stop this e.g perhaps mental routine as in perhaps relaxing(dont know how to do this while walking besides deep breath) or some kind of excersie. when in huge crowds i will focus on like my walk and feel kind of strange thanks guys |

Lol you're self conscious when you walk in public... but at home and with friends, you're just fine right? Try not to think about it. Shoulders back, chest out, and limp like you just got capped in the knee. |

You could try giving yourself something else to think about rather than your walk. Maybe stick an mp3 player in your ear, full blast, and listen intently to your music. The more complex the music the better. Try to do this when you have free time and somewhere public you can walk without having to think of a route. Maybe goto the mall and just walk round and round? Actually focus on the music rather than what you're doing or where you are. You will have to genuinely try to get lost in the music. This way you will essentially be walking on auto-pilot, aka walking naturally. Then keep it up until you feel you dont need the music any more. |
