Well cant understand, something in girls for example, if she has great boobs and she instead of hidding she uses a tight blouse and we can see pretty much, but she doesnt seem confortable when guys look at her or even if you tell something about it she goes all mad and shit. Well she is the one who left the house and she knew guys would look. Why is she mad if I look or even remark it

immaturity and confusion caused by societal pressures and an overall lack of insight.

immaturity = i am going to be offended by people thinking ANYTHING about me is beautiful

confusion = show off tits because society says so, get pissed when guy looks at tits because feminists say so

overall lack of insight = failure to realize how retarded these beliefs are, basically she just thinks and does what people around her "seem" to think and do, no mature mindframe showing she can form her own thoughts and opinions.

(this is of course not applicable in the case of outright oogling or groping or drooling)

but a beautiful woman with a beautiful chest that leaves the house in clothes that clearly accentuate her breasts, should not be offended OR SURPRISED when a man's eyes wander down there. if she does, she is immature, confused, and has a general lack of insight.

It's their way of feeling good about themselves when a guy looks and she just shoots him down for it. No biggie, just be even more sexually aggressive. If you look and she says, "Wow you pervert, don't you have anything else better to look at?." Just say, "I just like your tits, I'd titty fuck em."

No, she's not surprised you're looking, but she is creeped out by your remarks probably. It's an unwritten rule that you can look (be subtle, don't gawk), but not comment unless you're close to her.

There's another possibility here as well. I have some friends who are very well-endowed in the chest region (think they have to shop at bra stores that specialize in extra-large sizes) and, from what I'm been told, it can be incredibly difficult to find shirts and blouses that actually fit. Something that would look perfectly nice on someone with a smaller chest is usually incredibly revealing on someone with an especially large bust. Unless said well-endowed individual wants to confine herself solely to baggy sweatshirts, her shirts/blouses are likely, to some extent, to highlight her figure. Particularly in this case, though, it doesn't necessarily mean that she welcomes attention about it.

I guess we want to look good for certain people. A lot of it is for other women. not in a sexual way (although I'm lipstick lesbian) but even straight girls are more concerned with what other women think than men.

Women judge eachother on the way they look all the time, and women can be critical and bitchy. Men seem much more laid back and don't even seem that bothered about what we wear as long as we look good in it.

Also, you might wear something revealing hoping that someone attractive will notice, but that doesn't mean you want that person to be creepy and pervy and openly stare. And you don't wanna attract attention from say a dirty old man.
