So last monday i go sargin first time i open have some great sets an i think to myself thats it now im going to become more confident. But this friggin weekend except friday when i was normal i went to a BBQ house party with all my friends who iv known for years over 2 years i was just not myself proper shy how is this is this just a phase after realy pushin my comfort zone last week because i can not be doing with this again iv stripped at parties pissed out my head in front of all these people an not even been arsed this time i was totaly in my head please someone explain to me this is a phase i think iv read it somewhere before where you realy push your comfort zone then you go back into ur shell for a bit. cheers |
