Congruence is the idea that your words, actions, body language, voice tonality, lifestyle, friends, decisions, favourite places, style of humour, and all the other aspects of your personality and character, all fit together to form an impression on those around you. To "be congruent" means that everything paints an overall consistent picture of you where all the different pieces act to reinforce each other and solidify your image.A lot of guys fall down in this area, because congruence isn't really something you can learn and "do." Yes, you can work on areas like body language and tonality, but in general, congruence comes from creating and living a lifestyle that fits your goals, identity and personality, and that can take months and months, if not years, to accomplish. |

Thanks man...still kind of an AFC, but I'm really starting to get the points of PU'ing. Not just behind the laptop, but also out in the field. Is it ok if I just ask another question here? What to you do with AMOG's or other guys who are trying to wreck your position as alpha? |
