All the questions you were asking were exposing your insecurities.

Just because you have information on a/your girl doesnt mean you have to tell her.

And she enjoys you on your knees begging for an apology for being mad at her for being shady...

Bro, stop being a cupcake.

Ignore her and she'll be back.

And never tell a girl 'how you feel' about her.

Gag me

You shouldn't have been so interested in whether or not she was dating this "Matt" guy, if you guys have known each other a while, you could probably have gotten away with something like: "why didn't you tell me you were with Matt?" and just dropped it after she said she wasn't. To keep asking like that was showing you were interested but doing it in a way that made you seem really insecure.
After she'd told you she wasn't with Matt, it seems like you felt safe telling her how you felt, not good. If you're going to tell her, you tell her, it's not conditional on her response to a set of questions.

Once you've admitted to being interested and been shot down, do not by any means try to back out - it's obvious what you're doing and women will think less of you for it and besides, to me, it sounded as though she was impressed that you'd had the balls to tell her how you felt. Also, when you backed out, you told her you were only interested in white chicks - not a good move, if you're going to disqualify her, make it something she can do something about. She can't become white but, for instance, she could wear her hair a different way. You may also have come across as being a little bit racist, which is never good.
