I'm pretty sure this girl has a boyfriend, but she never mentioned him. It's just when I asked her out on sat she said she can't, I asked when she's free to go out, she said "How about, I let you know?;)" which normally would mean a blow off in my book, she didn't mention a different time etc... but she keeps giving me massive IOI's at work all the time... Do you think she's not interested, or is it the boyfriend barrier that doesn't make her want to go out with me? I think I've built attraction, but not enough rapport, comfort? |

You need to qualify her. Get to know her before asking her out. Also build comfort. |

so that's it? I need more comfort? I've been doing C&F all this time. Some negs, LOTS of stuff that would make her laugh. It works she keeps laughing at shit that's not even that funny. It seems like she doesn't mind touching me. I get good eye contact, smiles, proximity, even unconcious mirroring...All of our convos are really short, and during breaks. It's basicilly I'm being cocky, and funny, and she's being cocky and funny back. I tried calling her, but she doesn't pick up, she replies to my texts though, and always end them with a ";)" smiley face... I just don't know where to go from here. Should I just keep the C&F thing going, or should I get more serious, and personal? Should I try to build comfort through text's since she didn't pick up the phone? We're still texting like normal up to this point. She obviously must know I'm interested, since I did ask her out to join me for drinks. |
