what do you want to achieve out of this? if you want a relationship with her then from what you've said i dont think this is the right way... if all you want is to just get it off your chest and not talk to her again... then its the right way lol...
go about it a different way... you have to wait until you definitely know she feels the same way about you before you say this lol... otherwise you'll probably just scare her off...
put a little more effort in gaming her... talking to her once a week for 2 months isnt enough effort... if you seriously want a relationship with this girl you have to be in her life... talk to her every day so she gets used to you being apart of her days... i just went through a similar situation... i knew as soon as i seen/spoke to this girl that she seriously was my ideal girl... and i gamed her and eventually told her how i felt after i knew she liked me a lot too... now im dating her and im the happiest i've ever been
