I am a bi girl in my mid 20's. I swing both ways ;)

I used to be wayyyy smooth when i was younger. when i was 15 -18 years old. i used to cruise for guys after school and get 20 phone numbers per day within like an hour. It was a game to me and i loved it. I never slept with any of them so no i wasn't a slut. lol. to me it was more like how many guys or dates i can get per week and it never really went past at most 2-3 dates per guy. lol


Then i met someone..settled down.. eventually disconnected my phone that had 1000's of contacts of guys at and had a long term relationship for 4.5 years with someone. We broke up 2 years ago and I have been single since. I wanted to be single because of how hectic and crazy the relationship was. It kinda put me off men for awhile. In total I've been out of the game for roughly 7 years now.


I am wayyy out of practice. I now want to go back to being smooth again but i feel like i lost my touch. I now have no idea how to get guys and girls or flirt with guys and i feel like I am a boring person now and i admit i also lost confidence.


I used to be able to talk to men and women for hours and have interesting stories and things to say but i just feel like i am wayy boring now. only things i can think about to talk is how their week is and how my week is. lol Very lame!


I also Know I give off an unapproachable vibe to alot of people as most of the time i admit i am in my own little world especially when i have my headphones on.


Is there any PUA techniques for women?


Can i apply the PUA techniques found here that are for men...on myself? would it work if i try these techniques on men and other bi/lesbian women?

please give me some advice. :) :)

Besides showing off your body and being overall sociable? Not really. Girls tend to be more natural when it comes to pick up. Saying the best thing you most probably can do is get with some female friends and go out to bars and watch them as they flirt and get hit on by guys and girls (tho you most probably need to go to a lesbian bar). Basically you have to relearn what learned over the years again.

Is there "game" for women to pick up women ? You should probably ask a really butch lesbian.

My opinion is that if you are out scouting for chicks, you are the aggressive one, and the other girl is the more passive one. In that case, you could act a bit more like a guy.

As far as "game" for women to pick up men ? Act girly . Wear dresses and skirts and high heels. Pretend like you need help doing things like carrying stuff.

I've dated a few bi women, but you could never guess in a million years they were bi because they looked and acted straight. That's all you need to get guys.
