So I have this childhood friend who is quite good looking in the cute way, like he belonged in a boy band. Every single time we'd meet girls they always come on to him even though he is shy and doesnt really know how to progess with a women. To me this is hugely unfair as I'm the one who working up my skills and I'm the one who tells all the jokes and makes sure everybody has a good time. Without sounding arrogant, I know im a decent looking guy but the girls always like him even though he doesnt say anything and the girls just chat him up. Wtf with all the talk that women like the personality more and looks 2nd??? Same fucking reason I don't like all these boy bands and Justin beiber and shit. For the average joe just trying to get on with his life, girls dont throw their panties at us. No, we have to work for it, practice it and perfect it like a true PUA, a true man. Sounds like your trying hard, and he's not, and that just the key. Ever think maybe your talking too much, or trying too hard to make sure everyone has a good time? I'm not saying be a dick, but why don't you just focus on enjoying yourself and if everyone else wants to have a good time with you, great! Being Alpha doesn't necessarily mean leading the way for everyone, that just means your can seem controlling or pushy. Just listen, slow down, and let it come to you big guy. |

He's not purposefully cock-blocking you so there's no malicious intent. He's not even being a douche and crossing over with your target on purpose either. So either work in a team like mentioned, with him as the point man, use him to open sets, if he's quiet and shy you can demonstrate value with entertaining stories, kino, etc. If he's not good at following instructions about who to go for, then pick targets who won't crossover with him, i.e. the cute shy girls in the set who wouldn't chat to a cute shy guy. Failing that just do guy stuff with him like watch sports, play videogames, eat pizza. Hit the bars and clubs with other wingmen. |
