| Post subject: | What has been one of your biggest paradigm shifts so far? |
I was just recently reflecting on a major mental shift that has occurred to me lately and it got me to thinking about some of the major ones I've had so far. I thought it would be interesting to hear what some of the major shifts in thinking that have occurred in others to see which ones are most common. For me, my latest and biggest one by far so far, is that I just no longer truly care about the outcome of any interaction. I go on a date and I really just don't think twice about it afterwards. I'm really not worried about whether I'm gonna get laid, whether she liked me, whatever. This is probably more of the fact that I am in much more control of myself and the situation so I've already made up my mind on th matter of whether I want to pursue the women or not. But also, I'm much more aware of the womens interest in me as well. Either way I just don't give a shit what happens next, this has led me to have great interactions but rarely do I really follow up with women now and in most cases they are chasing after me. I guess I have more options now too, so I'm just not as worried about whats gonna happen with anyone in particular. If I do get in touch with a women its always on my terms and if things don't go how I like at any point in time, I'm just not worried about it, I go with the flow or just lose interest and start thinking about the next one. It's amazing how women can tell this and it makes them start chasing after you. I'm definitely just at the cusp of this one and I'm really excited to see how this new mentality will shape and form over the next while as this one has been very refreshing and very relieving on my mind. For me,ive been starting to not care. Meaning Ive been starting to say things without giving a rats ass about what women think of me. Its been a slow shift,but im working my to just not giving a shit. If the think im a freak,then think Im a freak. |

how you can't believe a word that comes out of a woman's mouth, their bodies and actions tell the truth and it rarely jives with the words they speak. just calling it like i see it. basically i've learned to not listen to anything women say, it will only confuse you, and instead respond to their body language. |

just calling it like i see it. basically i've learned to not listen to anything women say, it will only confuse you, and instead respond to their body language. |

I'm still at the beginning of my journey, but the biggest paradigm shift for me was about Approach Anxiety. There's no more Approach Anxiety to me, it's all about Approach Excitement. I now consider these strange feelings in me not as an anxiety but as an excitement. It's not about overcoming something anymore, it's about to giving up to a desire. And it feels really good to just go for it and prove to yourself that you have the balls to approach. That's a nice feeling for a rookie like me. Ya, I think approach anxiety has definitely got to be one of the big ones. I can talk to anyone now in pretty much any situation. It's really just a matter of working on my people and small talk skills. But that is just a matter of experience which only comes with time. Coming from a place where I never used to talk to strangers at all, to chatting it up every chance I get in only about a year, I can't even imagine where I will be at in another year or two from now.
