Apart from the 3 seond rule, any other tips for getting over aa for the first time. Dont tell me that everyone has it, that doesnt help |

AA is overcome through practice and mentality. I just wrote a blog that touches on the subject, I'm going to be shortly posting it in the general section under "Legit Motivation." Check it out. |
