I suffered from a deal of anxiety growing up. A lot of people get anxious in situations that are new to them. You just need experience, don't let stuff paralyze you. Practice talking to strangers, guys or girls whenever you get a chance, be it a cashier somewhere or whatever.. whether you have a real interest in a chick or not. ) . Ask a chick how her weekend was... i dunno. High school chicks aren't nearly experienced at having guys hit on them to and most of the guys lack the skills themselves. Back in highschool I remember a girl might talk to me or pass me a note that I don't even know whether innocent talking or not. Well it might not be that way forever... they get a little older and exposed to more guys and they suddenly expect guys to always make the first move...with some exceptions.
