Thats daft, your just going to look daft if its not been taught to you, by the sounds of things your badly explaining Gamblers stealth attraction method. Skip that unless your going to buy it and practice it before using it.
Two things both sound daft but can most likely save you a lot of wasted effort;
1. How old is she? early to late 30's or older?
2.Whats on her Left hand, do you notice a ring or the marks that have been left from a ring, such as a slightly lighter spot?
I would suggest toning it down with her slightly, don't tell her she looks damn good. Compliment her on something specific such as her nails or the way she has her hair that day or something. I can only speak from experience but i have found that older women will spot a pretender a mile off and going in all guns blazing will make her think your a cocky wee boy. She is almost guaranteed to have more baggage if she is older and still single. Its about sending the right messages without her getting her "He is creeping on me" shield out. Play it relaxed compliment her but don't over do it. Use soft neg's like a small off hand comment about her drink (Never food), or that she looks a little tired that day, but make sure that as it says in the game that a neg follows a compliment not before or on its own.
She is also probably flattered by the attention so if she is a little awkward she may be a little shy. Because you are at work you have the upper hand, if a conversation is going well you are in the perfect position for time constraints and a reason to leave i.e. you need to be doing something.
Make her feel that she wants more of you, like not at your work or that she has to work a little harder for your attention at work.
You have probable heard of a pivot, like the stance you stand in when you are one on one with a target. Its the same with conversation, you want her to think you could leave at any moment and that she has to work for you, meanwhile showing interest.
Check how she responds, she may just be a little insecure and needs coaxing out of her shell. Keep working at it buddy because in my experience the older women don't get named after a jungle cat for nothing
