| Post subject: | New confidence issues |
Whats up guys. So here's the deal. Recently, my confidence level dropped from hero to zero... I've always been someone really confident and it did help me alot with women. But for some reasons, my confidence level really dropped and now I really don't know what to do to bring it back up. I think it all started 2 months ago... I was at the top of my game, and I basically had two HB 9,5 doing everything I want. I really liked them both and I wanted them to be my girlfriend... the problem, I couldnt make the decision so I ended up losing them both... I think that's the main reason which I dropped that much. My friend would make fun of the situation cause I'm normally pretty cocky. Anyways, time passed, and I could not do what I used to do all the time when I used to go out. For maybe the last month and a half going out, I just couldnt make up/flirt seriously with anyone. Sometimes, girl were really on me but I just couldnt do anything. Now, I'm slowly trying to get it back up. I've been started to flirt with some girls recently but I dont feel like the same anymore. I'm also changing a bit my look because I didnt feel comfortable anymore with myself... The good news, yesturday I went out and I danced with that girl, which didnt happen for the past month. It nothing big but I think that's the 1st step for redemption. Anyways, I want to see if any of you guys have idea of what I should do to get my confidence the way it was? |

I'd cut contact with those girls. Clearly they're negatively impacting your state of mind. As for the confidence issues, you picked up two HB 9.5's. That's one hell of an accomplishment in my books. You've done it twice before, so you can definitely do it again. |

It's a natural stage that all PUA's go through when your game reaches HB9-HB10 territory, Oneitis rears it's ugly head again when you think you've conquered it as the girls are of such a level you're putting their "status" (for want of a better word) above your own. It will pass soon and you will find your future interactions with 9's and 10's (especially AA wise) will be a lot easier. Once you know you can get HB9+'s as you have had them in the past then you know you can get them in the future. |

i can relate to this. Still not out of my slump. I think I just had so much confidence and excitement about all this stuff when I first started out but then the slightest break in my game would make me over think things again. Losing girls and going through hard times is all part of the game. Best thing to do is not think, just get back out there and when you score another chick your confidence will skyrocket again. Also, don't make excuses, accept your loss as a learning experience and gogogo. Btw, whats Oneitis and Twoitis? |

one-itis is when you fall for a girl and think she is 'the one'. havent heard of two-itis before, but it sounds like when you fall for two chicks and think both are 'the one'. Too bad you couldn't lock one of those down if that's what you wanted to do. I agree with 2surgical, you'll get more 9.5s. I mean, lets be honest, these girls arent the height of who you're going to meet in your life. As you get out there, these 9.5s are gonna turn into 7s compared who you'll be picking up. |

"Losing girls and going through hard times is all part of the game" It's meant to be hard, thats what makes it great! To the average AFC getting an HB10 is impossible, to a PUA it's the result of pushing through the hard times with a laser focus and never giving up no matter what, it's what seperates you from 99.9% of other guys. |
