So i was watching Tim from RSD and he was saying about doing the "Cyclone" to get yourself into a positive mind-set Basicly you walk up to a set and just spin in front of them, You stop spinning and say... "Well thats the cyclone" Seems interesting and im going to Test it tomorrow but i was just wondering if anyone has any experience with it? |

Cyclone of glory. Yep - I got some experience with it - it's a pretty awesome thing yo. You can break up sets with it in a funny way. I love doing it - actually done it a number of times. You should be able to do it on a basic number with fair results - it requires no skill just "do it!" ≠ LD |
