| Post subject: | HB needs a neg.. help me think of a good one |
history.... on sunday we bet on the superbowl game... the bet was that the loser would change their facebook status to "i cant believe i took that girl/guy home lastnight!" so i let her pick her team and she picks the packers... long story short, i lost and changed my fb status... the next day i stumble across a youtube video that shows an elephant predicting packers winning so i post the link on her wall and say" you obviously seen this, cheater!" today she post on my wall "i didnt cheat, im not more intelligent than you" im gonna give it a day or two to respond but im wondering if anyone here has a good response/neg to give her. |

Man negs are supposed to be playful jokes not hurtful insults. Grow some balls and learn not to care. Just say something like "Yeah sure you go and tell yourself that." |

This is what I would do. Tell her to back off those are your friends and if she doesn't like that she can go elsewhere. There are basically 3 things that could happen; She'll either never talk to you again, reply back and start an 'argument' (which I wouldn't even respond to) or will respect you immensely for standing up for your friends. But then again I have self destructive tendencies so the safest option would probably probably to turn it into a joke by saying something along the lines of "I don't know, because they're attracted to men?", it's kind of a tough one to reply to. |

response to "im more intelligent than you" "i know, i don't wanna overwhelm you just yet" Plain & simple. It sounds more like alpha male sarcasm/humor, w/e you wanna call it. Now about what others have said: "because i'm so sexually attractive, that anyone caught in my orbit can't help themselv es, they're only gay around me! " Too much wording here, it sounds beta-like too. A real man can joke, but a real man never qualifies himself/puts himself up verbally. True story here: I sarcastically told a girl, "Yeah I was that one hot guy you saw walking around" and she said I she stopped talking to me after b/c I was too much into myself. On to the second.. "Why you talking about my fag friends - you like fags;. OMG you're a lesbian?!" It's too drama-like. It comes across as being hyper in a beta sort of way too. It just doesn't come across as being funny and manly-like. And come on, you're calling your friends fags which makes YOU a fag too. Don't be surprised if the girl says, "Wow." or "Ok?" The main problem when PUAs/guys give responses like these is that they sound gay. I've given responses saying, "OMG" and acting all hyper in a way and the girl would say, "Ok?". In my opinion, less smilies should be used, don't say, "OMG" don't use a lot of "!" marks. You can give funny responses but make them sound something like a tough/real guy would say. |

Jen - i didn't cheat, i'm just more intelligent than you Scott- doubt it Me- scotty its alright , she was just kidding about the intelligent thing , she knows my iq`s through the roof lol Scott - obviously, can you help with out with these calculus questions for my exxam , there stressin me out bro... Jen - calculus.. i never knew you were a mathmatician Me- i cant tell you all my secrets jus yet |
