Use some excuse or trick to get a number is dishonest and unless you make a funny joke out of it later, and then build rapport with her, she'll obviously flake.

Fastest number for me was around 10 secs. Without opening my mouth I'm walking buy restaurant and as I look into the window I see a waitress stand right by it. I knock on the window, take out my phone; point to it, while making a call me gesture with my hand. She types her number in her phone then puts it to the window. Done.. Never actually textd or called tho.. Easy

Anytime anyone is within 3 feet of you you have to start a conversation. Extra points for not making an ass of yourself lol! AA destroyed completely.

I can get a number in 10 secs with pretty good consistency. 1) Come up and say you're trying to find your phone, can they please help you out and ring it. about half the time they will just take out their phone and call your phone if you look serious enough Adam Lyons has a better way: 2) Tell them you need to meet your friend in the next 5 mins, they are supposed to call you and you don't seem to be getting a reception.
