I'm no pro, but dude foreign chicks are super easy. Its 100% about body language with them.
Did she just move in? She must know at least some English. If your the first one to introduce yourself to her you are golden because she wont be meeting new people all the time.

Do some research on body language and you can even be her English teacher! You'll have to throw in a fair amount of escalation tho, stay out of the friend zone. You can easily slip into the friend zone this way. Your body language will keep you out of it.

Foreign chicks LOVE when you teach them English. Oh man i badly wish I was in your situation.

I'd go for it. I live with 4 Chinese girls who just moved to the UK. They can barely speak English. At first, they were kinda lost and very friendly, so I ran some standard material on them and manged to !close two of them, even though I'm not sure if they understood what I was saying.

Now, they've made some Chinese friends and have established a social circle from which I'm pretty much excluded. It's kinda harder now, I dunno. I also just posted a question about this topic. merging-social-circles-vt84828.html

no she can't, she can hardly understand what I say to her. I guess the key is use push-pull body language, tonality and keep kino escalating. Also, frame yourself as an exotic item and tell DHV stories using simple words. You can try and attract her friends too. Use stupid games like three mice game, esp, then bait her into qualifying to you - e.g "can you cook? I love macaroni!" Well, I guess she gotta have a minimum understanding of English. If she doesn't speak English at all, then basically you gotta go caveman and use sign language game, which can be quite difficult.
