Met a chick online, and we texted for about a week. Set up a Day 1 and we had a great time. Dinner, then movie at the planetarium, then stopping by some cool little shops downtown. 3 location changes and she was laughing and loving it every second.

But when we went to split up she gave me a real big hug.. then I said "how about a kiss?" and she responded "I don't kiss on my first dates". I then said "Are you serious?" and she said "yeah" ... then she got into her car and beeped and waived as she drove by me on my way back to my car.

I may be over thinking it but how bad did I F up? Should I just pretend like it never happened? I don't know when I can go for a kiss close now that she rejected me once.

I do wonder why guys STILL continue with this whole verbal contract game?

'Can I pwweease pwwease have permission to kiss you?'

I mean, c'mon, no matter how you frame it [cocky funny] or whatever... this is still what she is going to be thinking.

Why ask? Why not just do?

You see, the whole risk taking thing is what flips her attraction switches to ON.

She is going to be incredibly attracted to you if you went in for the kiss, regardless if she turns her cheek away or not.

Quit with this permission/ trying to trick her into kissing you game. I did it before and it never lead to anything.

Completely agreed ... thus the AFC part of the title of this thread.

If you felt you've done something wrong.. as in you've clearly identified a point in which you've fuccked up.. i'd never be the one to initiate the next txt.. it's up to them to decide to initiate contact..

lol, perhaps i'm to harsh but if i've done something which indicates a DLV I just take a backward step to ascertain if i've killed the attraction or not.

1. Never ever ask a girl, if she wants to kiss. Few indicators that she wants to kiss - a. Just like 10 mins before she is about to say bye, did she popped in a piece of gum or used mouth freshener?
b. How much kino you were getting from her? If no kino at all then no kclose going to happen unfortunately.
c. Don't be a clown and try to entertain her. YOU are the prize and she has to work for it. Use 60s techniques - Look at the eyes and her lips. Smile but not like a chump. Show her, you are the MAN.
d. If you really want to kiss, then go for it. She will move away or something then plant your kiss on the cheek! If she runs away, just smile like nothing happened.

2. Lastly, dude, never ever send a gm text message. I used to do the same. It doesn't work, trust me! It is a AFC behavior.

HA,

this girl I know actually gets a kick out of rejecting guys when they go: "can I kiss you now?"

Other than that she's super easy.

Beware what and when you make stuff verbal, you could've just went: 'come here' reach your arm around her, pull her in and make out.
