maybe you really do stink?
we can't always smell ourselves.
"brushing your teeth" does not take care of bad breath.
at the least, good oral hygiene MUST include:
- flossing
- brushing teeth and gums
- thoroughly scraping tongue
- rinsing thoroughly
- and using a mouthwash that is antibacterial, but doesn't dry
- staying hydrated
- and/or chewing gum to stay hydrated
- also concentrate on NOT mouth breathing as it makes you stink
some people have chronic halitosis and do not know it.
i worked with a guy, who could make an entire room stink within one minute of walking into it. he had no idea.
we called him
- booty breath
- bb king (booty breath king)
- ol' AB (ol' ass breath)
and, finally
- donkey fart mouth
* i once put a care pack of mouthwash and a tongue scraper on the seat of his workvan.
